How it works

From request
to sold-out.

Here's exactly how a partner gets live on their own ticketing platform — and how the money flows once you are. You stay the platform; we stay invisible behind your brand.

The process

Five steps to your own platform.

Step 01

Request access

Tell us about your audience and what you want to power. We onboard partners selectively while we scale, so we review fit and reach out to get you set up.

Step 02

You connect Stripe

You set up your own Stripe account and become the platform. WhiteLabelTickets onboards as a connected account on it. You hold every dollar — our fee is just a line item.

Step 03

We brand your storefront

Your domain, your logo, your colors. We map your domain, issue SSL, and skin the checkout so the engine is invisible behind your brand.

Step 04

Go live

Tickets, merch, reserved seating, door scanning, and co-promoter splits — switched on from day one. Days, not a build project.

Step 05

Get paid in real time

Every sale lands in your Stripe the instant it happens. Our 2% + $0.99 transfers to us at the moment of sale — you keep the rest, and you control refunds on your own account.

Follow the money

It's your money, the whole way.

The buyer pays on your branded page. The funds land in your Stripe. Our fee transfers to us at the sale. You keep the rest — we never hold your money.

Your money. Your buyers.
Your brand.
